Tuesday - Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00 Break: 13:00 - 14:00 Monday - Sunday: days off.
How to get there
Bus stop "Shopping Center"; entrance from Myru Street and from Heroes of the Dnipro Avenue.
Parking
- Along Heroes of the Dnipro Avenue – up to 10 parking spaces.
- Bicycle parking is available near the museum’s main entrances.

Preservation of exhibits
It is strictly forbidden to touch exhibits (except in interactive zones) or cross restricted lines.
Silence and respect
Please switch mobile phones to silent mode and maintain quiet during guided tours and group visits.
Advance booking
Advance booking is required for guided tours. Tours can be arranged by phone or directly at the museum.
Professional photography
Commercial or media photography requires prior approval from the museum administration.
Outerwear and bags
Large backpacks, umbrellas, and outer clothing should be left in designated storage areas.
Food and drinks
Entry into exhibition halls with food or beverages is prohibited.
Amateur photography
Free photography is allowed on smartphones and cameras without flash.

We welcome sharing photos on social media with a tag of our location.
Visiting with children
We kindly ask parents and group leaders not to leave children unattended and to ensure they follow the rules of conduct in the exhibition halls.
Presence with animals
Visiting museum halls with animals is not allowed.
