WATERCOLOR THERAPY

An exhibition of watercolor paintings by Kremenchuk artist Oleh Kolesnikov.

About the Exhibition

"Watercolor Therapy" is an exhibition of watercolor works by Oleh Matviiovych Kolesnikov, an artist, designer, and long-time researcher of the creative possibilities of color. He is an artist with many years of creative experience who has worked in the fields of industrial design, architecture, painting, and photography. A participant in numerous all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions, he combines professional mastery with a subtle sense of color and harmony in his works. The hall features 56 works by the author. The core of the exhibition consists of watercolors, but it also presents works executed in pastel, gouache, ink, and oil paints. Through light, color, and transparency, the artist invites the viewer into a calm dialogue with art and their own emotions. After all, watercolor is the art of lightness and transparency. Oleh Kolesnikov's works represent harmony in everyday life; they do not impose ready-made answers on the viewer but rather invite them to a quiet conversation. In the transparent layers of paint, in the play of light and color, everyone can find something personal: a memory, a dream, a sense of harmony, or simply a moment of inner peace.
