MOMENTS THAT BECAME PAINTINGS

An art exhibition uniting the creative work of three Kremenchuk artists: Anna Zinchuk, Olesia Khromenkova, and Svitlana Zinchuk.

About the Exhibition

The exhibition "Moments That Became Paintings" introduces three distinct creative worlds, where each painting was born from personal experiences, memories, travels, emotions, and the search for one's own artistic language. Anna Zinchuk presents works whose compositions combine an academic art background, design thinking, and the ability to see beauty in ordinary things. Alongside her creative pursuits, the artist actively conducts master classes in graphic arts and painting, popularizing art among children, youth, and adults. Olesia Khromenkova presents two thematic series. The first embodies her impressions from an art residency in the French city of Clermont-Ferrand, where she represented Kremenchuk, explored European culture, participated in plein air sessions, and held creative master classes. The second series features works created under the influence of the full-scale war; through the symbolism of Ukrainian culture, the artist speaks of resilience, hope, and the power of art. Svitlana Zinchuk demonstrates an experimental approach to painting, boldly working with color, textures, and modern techniques. Her art is a constant search for new forms and artistic solutions. She is also an active member of the Urban Sketchers Kremenchuk community, popularizing the culture of urban sketching and contemporary art. The exhibition "Moments That Became Paintings" is an opportunity to see how ordinary moments of life transform into artistic imagery, and how personal stories turn into art that speaks to everyone.
